POO BAG IS FRUITING MASSIVE AMOUNT OF PINS!

So i had a poo bag that i inoculated with 2 half pint brf cakes and it looked great at 50% then i mashed it up and it seemed to just die...so.......about a week and a half later i added a new cake fresh from the jar and a week later it looked odd to say the least. Today i was stunned to find two rather healthy looking mushies growing from the left part of the bag. So i opened it up which it practically already was and took a peak and this is what i saw! I know the picture isn't the best but there are hundreds if not thousands of pins! Observing that the substrate didn't look fully colonized worried me but there is pins on almost every chunk of poo there is. And yes that is mycelium growing up the side of the bag as well as the small mushroom next to the larger one it's growing directly off the side of the bag! If you read my other posts i have localized a very aggressive gene from a PC Z+ print that i acquired. So i sported a pair of fresh gloves and grabbed a small chunk out of the bag and pulled it in two. The piece was no larger that 1/1 and it was completely white inside and there was 5 to 6 healthy pins in it along with the 4 small ones on the outside. So what do you think happened? I've been doing this for a while now and have never had this happen. Is it the old beaten down mycelium just exploded when I introduced the new healthy cake or is the old mycelium just decided to go from the inside out?

From the look of the picture it looks less than half colonized with unhealthy mycelium. It could be pinning early because of a contamination. We'll wait til a TC joins in though
Is it leeched manure that's been properly pasteurized?

Bought from a reputable dealer and has been autoclaved. I thought the same thing about the contamination but like i noted every little piece has pins and also are completely white inside just not on the outside? But it has to have been days since it started pinning by looking at the different sized pins and there pushing up through the lower layers and toward the top. Im thinking it may be that the outside mycelium were too far damaged when i broke it up but the pieces that didn't get smashed up totally had healthy mycelium inside. So each one turned into a little cake kinda?

Get ready for that bag to turn nasty since you opened it without it being colonized unless you did it in front of a hood.

So here's what i got! No contamination and i left the bag slightly open and after the pictures were taken i decided to harvest a nice 81 grams! The other picture is of a mini mono i am doing via a suped up rotisserie chicken holder! IT'S WORKING GREAT SO FAR! This is now day 3 of colonization and it's looking great!
