hear that? OFFICIAL.

Fred Anderson. who's heard of him? i'm listening to Staying in the Game, right now; unfortunately, no youtube for that... so for you folks, here is an alternative... but for those who want a sample of what i'm listening to, look up top.

yeah, well, that's cool man. i bet if you came in to check out the digs, when there is more posted; i bet you'd find something you like...
Charles Mingus - The Shoes Of The Fisherman's Wife Are Some Jive Ass Slippers
jazz can be a bit complex for some people... (i mean; not as in "technical", or anything, what i mean is...) you have to be the right mood for it... like for Example. same thing applies to this (for me anyways)...
when i listen to this Indian music...
i need to be in the "Right mood"... as in, the mood to be say... in India... or sitting out on a balcony in the middle of the desert... then i would, to say at the least, be amused.

Didn't see this. I have started loving jazz over this summer. I like all types. This week I've really enjoyed John Coltrane - A Love Supreme, and Keith Jarett - The Koln Concert.

Wow that's so damn good. Opposite end of jazz, but are you a fusion fan? I've been listening a lot to Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report, Return to Forever, etc

yeah, all of Weather Reports bandmates hae excellent solo albums too, and they usually all keep working together anyways, so it's just like more WR.
Jazz is so awesome... like look i'll look up Airto Moreira. ok, see, apparently he has a bunch of works that i didn't even know about, cause i never looked.
now i get to hear this...
never heard it before now... sounds awesome.
jazz is endless.

good... my work is going well.
Nu-Jazz (Jazz was figuratively all about technical skill and accomplishing the previous thought un-doable. Nu-Jazz is simply boiling down Jazz into a simple concept. it's Jazz because it's the sound of Jazz, but there is no marked attempt at trying to make "appear better than" simply because it neglects modern progress in music. it embraces all.
