Pet stores.
They have all your heating and lighting needs covered.
You can get aquairiums with air tight lids.
They have heat tape made to keep aquairiums at 80.
They have ultrasonic foggers that will fit in a jar or bowl.
They have straw, wood chips, grain.
They have disinfectants.
They have fly strips for those nasty nats.
THEY HAVE EVERYTHING BUT THE SPORES.
I hope this can help. You can get almost everything you need in one place. If anyone asks, it's for your pet frog.

I agree completely I do most of my supply shopping at walmart
EDIT: they also have popcorn, wbs and vermiculite(in my area)

ya I've heard it can be tough in some areas....they actually have 2 diff brands at the walmart I shop at...and they go through a shit load of it..I call ahead if I'm going to buy some

I don't know about were you live but here the Walmart employies have been trained to look for certain group purchases. They started that here because of the meth craze. We have had alot of people get caught cooking meth in this area over the last few years. So the local law has gone nuts
My wife works there and has worned me about their list.
They keep a list behind the counter. If you purchase three or more items on the list at one time they will call you in as suspicious.
I have only seen part of the list.(I'm tall enough to look over the counter.
Cold medicines 2 or more boxes
ammonia
activated charcoal
pyrex cookware
glass and plastic tubing
*vermiculite*-(this one will effect use most)
paper filters
Chemical solvents
electrical timers
rechargable batteries
red or blue light bulbs-(I don't realy understand this one)
There is more, but that is all I've seen, or can remember. (I'll Try to have my wife get a copy of the whole list.)
They might not be doing this in your area, but they are here. The local paper has write-ups on 15 search warants in the last 6 months. (suspision of drug manufacture) Only one of them was an actual meth lab, two of them were pot farmers. All of the warrants were issued because of suspicious activities and/or purchases.

What the fuck do people use vermiculite to cook meth.? Now that one is a new one on me! And warrants are not just given out by the circuit court judge just on whim, say one old lady bought some cold medicine some plastic tubing a couple pyrex cooking plates and some muratic acid, acetone and a couple other things ole wal-mart notifies police warrant issued police kick door down old lady has a heart attack and dies family sues walmart and police and judge gets kicked off bench not likely! Now if you were to go buy some red phopherous(sp?) and crystalized iodine or some phenol expect a knock on the door.

pay with cash and they can't do shit. unless they really wanna go through the trouble of going back and looking at the tapes, getting your picture, and getting an id on you just from your picture (difficult). I spread my shopping around anyhow though...
