Below are 2 pics:

Habbit: Wood Chips, in ohio Gills: on the tall white mushrooms: Dark Gills ...small darker red mushrooms: light brown gills Height of tall mushrooms about 2-3 inches, small redish shrooms were all about 1/2 inch to an Inch... If there is any way these could be active i will do a spore print. Let me know thanks

First one reminds me of psilocybe azurescens, second one of psilocybe semilanceata, though I'd expect that one to grow alongside grass of some sort, as it usually appears to. The id's given above are only very rough guesses, further information and pictures (spore print, gills) would be welcome, but maybe some of the resident magicians can id one or both from the information already given.

They should both bruise blue to some extent. To check this: cut the mushroom in half over its length, and scrape the flesh where the cap is attached to the stem. Bruising should occur within an hour. [edit] Best to wait till someone like ToxicMan or GGreatOne123 shows up. They're really much better at mushroom identification than me. You can check on the bruising though, it won't hurt anyway.

Definately not... Neither one of those are Psilocybes.
The first one I've really got no clue, but if I had to make a rough guess I'd place them in the Hygrocybe genus.
Given the habitat, I'd place the second ones in the Conocybe genus.
If the only thing you care about is if they are active or not, then keep looking. Neither type of mushroom is active.
