David is still here so he is the best thats still with us...Damn i love their musicability

There is a hundred million good/great guitar players but there isnt many who played their whole lives entertaining people like David Gilmour an Jerry Garcia did...Cmon guys lets get real an lets get a thread going about the real muicians we have seen....
Ripple gave me a link to a download for some great music back in 1977 when Jerry was kickin ass really well but Gilmour was pumpin some good tunes also {Animals} so lets have a good debate as to which one was the best....what say? WDYWFM....

Okay, maybe I was a bit harsh... What I meant was, can you really hit them as hard as Bonham? And how bout his 15 minute Moby Dick live performances? If you can pull them off with the same sort of power and energy, hitting with your bare hands as well as sticks, and keeping up the same sort of volume and hitting them hard for a full two hour show, then I'll be very impressed.
It's just I've played with several drummers who say it's not hard to play like Bonham, but while they may get the rhythms and intricities, they never have the same sound/volume/power.

I am trying to keep mine shut also but its constant struggle when certain individuals purposely act like morons in the PUB...
The sad part is they really think they are being cool acting that way
