some homeless man was screaming that his cakes where not pinning and they had been in the terraium for almost 4 days with no pins anything wrong or should he just wait longer?

4 days? Wait a little longer. It can take up to two weeks, depending on the circumstances. Patience is the main ingredient of shrooms.

I'm awaiting pins too on my first attempt at cultivation. I've waited a week so far and am prepared to wait another to see anything. Allow me to recommend listening to The Patient by Tool.

Scratch that, I opened it for the last time for today and observed small brown dots on the cakes. Methinks it to be a sign.

Methinks Smaug is having a happy day :smile: If the little brown dots turn out to be something else but pins, don't despair. I've waited for up to two weeks for pins to appear...they will come!

Holy crap, I did it.  I look 24 hours later and the largest of them is half an inch! :laugh:

This strain sure grows quickly.  16 days to fully colonize, 9 days to fruit.  This is awesome!
