Man, that sounds awesome. I have to try again and succeed with LM just to try this

HOLY ****! is there a bag in the middle of those oysters or was that cluster picked of of something!? And what was the formula for that?
That was picked off a straw log. Ingredients, straw and practice!
well dam. Someone else said they think oysters fruit best off sawdust and I was gonna stick with that. Is it nothing more than faster colonization or more than that with straw in your opinion? And who has a reishi wedge for me ^.^ i'm loving these when i see them lately.

Quarts. I thought it was a neat experiment, and I got some of the best yields that way. (1/4lb / jar) Unfortunately, it was such a pain in the ass to clean out the jars that I didn't bother with any more.

Nice yield; yeah they are a bitch and 1/2 to clean out. Did you through spawn or top spawn?

Turkey tail pins....
Playing with three different turkey tails right now. Two are wild clones from different locations and one is commercial. I really don't like top fruiting TT, they are much easier to harvest through X's in the bag. The wild clones aren't leaving me a choice though.

Just started my first try with these, do you usually cut the x's when spawned, like with oysters? Or after colonization?

Yellows, nice! I have some of those I'm trying to clone right now. How were they to grow?

Very simple! They LOVE fresh air, I grew mine in a basement closet that was roughly 65 degrees F. They thrived in that temp. The also seemed to love misting, so don't be afraid to mist them when you do! My next shot at these, I'm going to use several straw bags in a GH. Have fun with these, as they are very fun to cultivate. They have extremely aggressive mycellium too, so expect a faster grow than you intend! Any questions, I'd be glad to try and help.
