hehe, I know what you mean buddy - I've been sharing / receiving a lot of cultures lately, probably not 1/4 what you do, and I can't even come CLOSE to keeping them all straight in my head.

You've helped me out more times than I've returned and never even lagged! Can't see anyone complaining too much

Pearl Oyster on lime pasteurized substrate. Colonized and fruited outside in the open air (sheltered somewhat and shaded).
an Italian red sauce over pasta .. these sauteed in butter, garlic and wine ... some green onions and herbs from the garden ... or maybe a Thai dish ..?

Very nice. I wish my humidity was high enough outside to produce fruits like that. Jelly for sure. As for recipes....tempura. I love them that way.

I love oysters (any color, or kings) in a frittata, with green/red/yellow peppers, spicy thai peppers, onions, and sometimes a cheese or cream cheese. Or leave out the hot peppers and do spinach and feta. Mmmmm...

One of two ABM fruits popping from a very old bag. Guy has been in the GH for 7 months. This is the third set of pins from this block.

Just found these pics from some blocks I put outside last September. They never fruited inside so these were first flush after sitting in the basement for about 6 months.
