I recently read Andrew Weils books "the natural mind" and the one following that, wich I cant remember, and they are both great books on drugs.

One "healty" book I read some time ago was "The Chalice and the Blade", a woman named Riane Eisler's take the on history of masculine dominance. That is a very intresting one, but she is a bit too much of an academic, always refering to studies and excavations etc.

Of course, Terence Mckenna's books are all great! The ones I've read at least. I can really recommend "Food of the Gods" if I am to choose one.

Depends on what you're interested in:

philosophy?
spirituality?
mysticism?
paranormal?

The Handbook to Higher Consciousness by Alan Keyes. Simply life changing if you actually apply the stuff, instead of just reading it..

There is a really good Chaos Theory out there, too, never got a chance to read into it, can't remember the name..
Peace.

I just started reading A Theory of Everything by Ken Wilber, so far It's pretty interesting. I'd recommend it already. Just finished reading The Active Side of Infinity by Carlos Castaneda a few days ago, fiction or not, it was a real good read IMO.

If the sort of literature your interested in is as I've assumed, as already mentioned, McKenna might be a good place to start. Then again, there are many authors that have covered these subjects nicely. It's really just a matter of knowing what exactly your looking for.

the terence suggestion of Food of the Gods.......that's a good call.
Wolfe's Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test is a classic that is a must read.
Tom Robbins' first book, Another Roadside Attraction is sensational.
and a new book by William Leonard Pickard, "The Rose of Paracelsus"......pretty amazing piece of work!  yes, THAT W.L. Pickard.  a dense, complex piece of work with some extraordinary writing!

"This is the page im on"

First go to skid row type area pay junkies in drugs for their blood a least 5 pints from 5 different

people of both sexes. Store in refrigeration unit to keep from coagulating prior to use also record

their shoe size. Next go to goodwill or second hand store buy both "used" male and female shoes in

exact size pulled from junkies. One pair for you alter the bottom of your shoes so they are

unrecognizable as identifiable shoes to help throw off forensic specialists. Then go to junkyard take

razor blade and scrape off fibers from many, many different cars makes and models and years. Then cut

seat belts from 4 to 6 "used" cars of your choice add rivets for tie down straps then find and

incapacitate victim. Secure victim with riveted straps do what ever your going to do to victim. Leave

no fingerprints or dna in other words suite up "saran wrap works best and can be easily disposed of in

a fire." to destroy evidence make sure you spray ammonia and add accelerate on used saran wrap. Now

this is where the blood the fibers and shoes come in. By now you should have moved blood bags from

isolated storage unit to an ice chest for easy accessibility. After victim expires there is usually a

mess!!! Cut open blood bags spread genetic material all over the victim and surrounding areas of the

room you have traveled during the course of said homicide. Take the fibers and do the same thing. Then

take the shoes walk all over the room in them. Super transposing shoe print over shoe print until it

looks like a hundred people were in their. Burn shoes with saran wrap put on your altered shoes walk

off site or out of room then put on your normal shoes make sure there is no blood trail. Burn altered

shoes at different location... Carry on with you life as if nothing ever happened!
