Can police get a search warrant on my last known address for failure to pay fines?

I have a few fines from several counties over (M4 paraphernalia and a separate M1 menacing case). Got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying to pay up or else basically. So I'm wondering if I should call the court tomorrow and apologize and tell them I'm going to start paying. My question is.. if I tell them I am homeless, and they manage to get a warrant for my arrest, can they get a search warrant on my last known address for me? What is the standard protocol? How does this work? I'm trying to stay out of trouble as much as possible. It has been over a year since I've paid fines. Advice please from someone who knows. Don't sugarcoat it I want the facts. Thanks.
also I need to know quick because I'm afraid they might come looking for me soon and I don't want anyone to go through the shit of having cops in their house because I didn't pay my fines. it turns out they sent the letter almost 2 months ago and it was just now opened and brought to my attention.

Once the fine goes to a collection agency, they're not likely to come pick you up. The first step is for you to call and find out if there is a warrant. If there isn't, you've no danger of being arrested. If there is, go to court and take care of it.

I was arrested for missing a month of payments on a misdemeanor case.
I was held for almost 24 hours until my friend could come to the court and pay $100
Sucked. But why would they search peoples houses?

Calling to check for a warrant is key. I used to work for the state district courts, and was amazed at how many times I saw people come up to the clerks offices and ask if they had a warrant out on them. When the answer was yes, it typically resulted in them immediately being taken into custody.

Enlil offers good advice.
Try and see if you can serve time in jail instead of having to pay for your fines.
Think of Jail as a very wonderful place. Think of jail as a prestigious place.
After all, it is a gated community and it is not all that easy to get membership in one.

Room service is amazing in jail. You get to lay around all day long and jerk off to television and they bring you your meals and everything.
You don't have to cook or clean and they even serve you tea and cookies after supper.
Man why are you homeless when you can be enjoying the lap of luxury ?
Great place to rest and catch up on your reading too
Plus the other folks in there are swell. They are always up for a game of cribbage or poker.
