I did the same thing, it birthed one of my cakes way early, only like 70% colonized.( don't ask why). Mycelium started growing all funky on it and started expanding out and bubbling up. I birthed two other cakes early too. The first one took 2 weeks to grow pins, but the mycelium is so fucked up that i dont think they will survive. The other two took 8 days. I left for work one morning and there was nothing, when i came home, there were pins all over, dozens of them. I suggest you just wait it out, ive heard some people taking a month or so, theyll probably pop up, theyre just being stubborn little shits.
