crush the tab up in a gelcap. Stick it up your ass until the 2nd knuckle. Not any more. Not any less. That's about an inch and a half or so.
It will last longer and hit you faster, and also be more intense.
If you just stick the tab up there, it won't absorb b/c it's packed so tight.
You'll feel like you have to take a shit in the first hour or so. Don't take a shit! It will pass and you won't have that feeling anymore once you start rolling.

you dont have to put it in a gelcap. they dissolve pretty fast anyway. it helps tho. use a condom on your finger like one person said. just dont take a shit. and keep moving. it kinda stings at first when its dissolving but in 15 moinutes you should be feeling great. and dont let anyone tell you its gay.

there are a shit load of nerve endings in the anal pore, and thats why it is such an effective route for administration. it is absorbed much faster, and nothing is lost to stomach acids or among undigested food. so it will hit you roughly twice as hard and last way longer because it will be absorbed slowly and continuously. crush the tab and gelcap it, like someone already said, then put the gelcap in your mouth for a minute or two so that it starts to dissolve. then put it in your ass, and push it in up to the second knuckle, like someone already said. and no, you dont roll harder by just taking another one, you roll harder and have a sicker hangover. this way you roll hard, save money, and when its over you dont feel like shit. im going to be doing a mushroom enema in about a month. ill let you all know how it goes.
