Are they hiring? Have you ever been one? Can you help get me the job?
I also want to make a condominium one day, be a big part of the design and create unique things. How would I go about that? What kind of studies?

You can search Craigslist via their in-site searches and via the Google site operator (http://www.googleguide.com/cheatsheet.html)
Example: doorman site:cnj.craigslist.org

Over on the west coast most clubs will hire you to stand in the bathroom selling jolly ranchers and overpriced condoms.

Ive been a concierge before, its an extremely boring and bullshit job. expect something like an acting gig except you don't get to be creative and have to suck the cocks of patrons and just generally act like how you don't really feel.
it pays good though.
you could get the job pretty easily even if you dont have credentials, but some of the people that i was competing with for the job had degrees in Resort Management/Hopsitality, just fyi

Try out North Jersey metro areas and obviously the large chain hotels scattered nearby you. If you're by apartment buildings with attendants you may wanna just stop in and ask if they're hiring 2nd and 3rd shift. But really, how the hell are we supposed to know? Go look and goodluck! I'm trying to find a job in NJ now...

Thanks, peeps.
I'm looking for mainly condos. I sent my information to Premier Security Services tonight. Hopefully they contact me tomorrow. I will if not. Somebody I asked today at one of those security booths or whatever they're called said they're always hiring (or are hiring weekends in that place or in general). Somebody else there in the management office said they're always hiring.
I've dropped off a bunch of resumes and stuff since April.
