A few questions regarding shroomery's logging of data.

I recently set up my computer so that every time I access shroomery my computer uses a socks 5 proxy so my location can not be revealed.
Did shroomery log my IP address in the past, making this endeavour fruitless?
If so, is there any way to clear said logs?
A final question, is using a proxy with very good security (on the other end) enough to browse shroomery without concern of being tracked?

Yes

Depends on the particulars.

Essentially no. The administration doesn't offer that service as it helps prevent a blizzard of puppets.

A proxy won't stop people from telling that you've accessed the shroomery, neccesarily. If you send out DNS requests, someone monitoring them can still see what sites your looking at.

Ok, thank you for your response, might as well disable the anonymous option now .
I was just reading over shroomery's privacy policy which stated that the IP address logs are cleared time to time, how frequently would that be?
Thanks for the info on the DNS requests, I should have thought of that...

Maybe. Depends on how cool your proxy is. And how much they are being watched.

Firefox has an option to send DNS requests through the SOCKS proxy.

Probably when the drive fills up.
