First picture: "I'd wager amanita flavoconia",..check out this link for a description of A. flavoconia... http://www.bluewillowpages.com/mushroomexpert/amanita_flavoconia.html Not sure but further investigation should help you narrow it down...

thank you. since i don't have a print, i think it will be impossible to ID 100%. i do appreciate ALL ID suggestions, and in fact am quite agreeable with the proposed "a. flavoconia". other than spore print, is there any other way to differentiate the a. flavoconia fro m the pluteus admirabilis?

The first one is definitely an Amanita. In both of the specimens where the stem is still attached to the mushroom, the volva is clearly visible in your photo. Pluteus species don't have volvas. Another difference between the two is that Pluteus species grow on wood, Amanitas grow on the ground.
As far as identifying that Amanita to species, we almost certainly need a microscope. There are a pile of Amanitas that look similar to those.
Your second specimens are definitely Craterellus. All of the species are pretty similar to each other and equally edible.
The suspected Calocera should have been growing on decaying conifer wood - was it? It does look like one.
For the bolete, we need to start with a spore print and work from there.
Happy mushrooming!

thank you, toxic, your critique is always very much appreciated! so, the black trumpets would be safe, there are no poisonous look-alikes?

That's right. Black Trumpets are pretty distinctive. One of the safest mushrooms for eating.
