yep! i would definitely try cubensis first though, i hear it is very hard to fruit azures. I have a print, but i just examine it every now n then, and maybe someday i will send it out of wisconsin to a amsterdam friend to test it out! For now i send him only cubensis prints.

yea its possible, ive been planning on doin an azure bed for a while now. and i live in il. i would plant the bed in summer so it can colonize. they are cold weather fruiters though, so the fall should be perfect. i dont know if the mycelium can survive the winter though.

It most definitely would work, you're a bit late getting started though. Azures colonize slowly(from my experience at least) and you may not have enough time to colonize a bed. Spring would be a better time to start it...
The mycelium would most certainly survive the winter
