Merrimack man accused of selling psychedelic mushrooms

MERRIMACK – A local man is under arrest accused of selling Psilocybin mushrooms, commonly called psychedelic mushrooms.
Brandon Johnson, 24, of 7 Bowers Landing, #207, was arrested early Friday morning on a warrant charging him with selling and transporting a narcotic drug.
Members of the department's Community Oriented Police Unit obtained the warrant after an investigation that began in the winter of 2012.
What's next: Johnson is being detained on $500 cash bail at Hillsborough County jail in Manchester pending arraignment later today in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.

I get where you are coming from in that narcotics are supposed to be defined as opiate/opiods. Apparently they changed the dictionary definition to match their agenda though:

I wonder how many man hours and your tax dollars were wasted on this? How much this investigation cost? 20 grand? 50? 100? They don't have resources to do anything about child porn but have money to bust a kid who sold mushrooms.

From one st kid to the other
Mushrooms are economically friendly....never sell if you grow....
Grower > seller > buyer.
I read that in a book somewhere....never practiced it.
