mixing up susbtrate right after innoculating

hello i innoculated a bunch of bags with 2cc spores each then i crumbled up and mixed up the substrate thoroughly right after innoculation... i was wondering if tis is a bad thing and i wont see any colonization since the spores are dispersed all over the substrate and theres such a small amount of spores in each bag (i heard the spore syiringes i used suck too cuz they got barely any spores in em)

Yeah that probably wasn't a good idea. The mycellium is a lot livlier than the spores, and you want a lot of spores next to each other to germinate into mycellium..

what kinda substrate? usually you wait till the spores germinate and you have some good patches of mycelium before you shake the substrate up...but who knows...it might still grow...we'll see...

You should be fine. That is the tecnique used when innoculating grains. You squirt the jar, shake it, and then shake it again after you see 10% of growth or so.
