Awesome LC - now what???

During my initial research here I read about LC; liquid cultures, and came across Agars SITR tek and it sounded easy for a beginner. I don't know if I was lucky or the tek is really that easy but I have nice cotton ball looking growth in all 3. I didn't have anything to make a stir bar so I shook them lightly once or twice a day.
I read varying suggestions on amounts of water to sugar packets so I did 3 different amounts. These are B+ inoculated 5/23. The pint jars got 1cc from a MS syringe and the quart got 2cc.
One jar has white nodes or something that make it look like a tiny universe up close. There's a pic here but it doesn't show it well.
That jar has 8oz distilled water and 1 5gram packet in a pint jar. I have one other pint that got 1.5 packets (roughly 7.5g) and it has cotton ball looking growth but no little dense white spits I call nodes. Is there any correlation there??
The last jar is a quart jar with 16oz distilled water and 2 packets or 10g.
I don't think I used enough spores because the jars are only 20-30% colonized; is this considered colonizing?
My question is what is the useable part of these? Is it just the white clouds or is the actual water by itself work. I've searched plenty but couldn't find an answer on this so thanks in advance.

You'll want to test your LC on some agar first, or perhaps a tiny jar of grain?
LC's are notorious for getting contaminated at some point, ruining anything you knock up with it.
Make syringes, test each syringe on agar. No contams? Knock away!

I've read it colonized "immediately" which I know isn't obviously instant, but would it be fast enough to beat contams on wbs? Or any other substrate.
I don't have agar and wouldn't know where to get it locally, is there an alternative way I can test them?
Are these jars ok at 1 month old if I ordered some off the web and it took another 2 weeks to test??

WBS jar is your alternative. I test my LC by WBS. Grain is so inexpensive... by the time you find out the agar is good your jar will be colonized/obviously contamed. And 1 jar can be 10 jars by that next week. Use WBS
LC are fine to sit for a while.. assuming they're healthy. After the myc eats up all the nutes in the LC, stick the LC in the fridge and it will last a good amount of time. Don't ask me how long, prease

Thanks for that info. What part of the LC should I use? Just the white cloud and some water or can I use just the water?

I'm not sure the setup of your lid, or what you have planned for extraction of the culture, but I do mine like this.
-I have my jar lid with one RTV silicone injection port and nothing else. -I use 2 syringes, one stuffed with polyfill to release the vacuum.(I can never seem to remember how in the hell to spell vaccum, 2 c's or 2 u's.. the struggle.)The other used for the culture. -With the way my jar is set up I can shake the hell out of my jar and break up the mycelium until it pretty much looks like a bunch of sperm swimming around in the water. -Once the mycelium is broken up, withdraw LC into syringe. -Inoc WBS.
Of course, you're doing all of this in a sterile environment; using flame sterilization every time your needle makes contact with the air and such.
I'm not sure if you can use just the water. I would suggest trying to get some of the mycelium into your syringe in order to get the best results.
