From my perspective if a person creates a thread like this one and then adds to it after it's already been pushed down to the next page, it seems like s/he is only adding to it so that it will be bumped back to the top...which wasn't my intention at all, I just liked the quote a lot and thought that there might be someone floating about who hadn't heard it before. I just appologised in advance to anyone who might have jumped to the assumption that I was simply trying to prolong the life of my thread as some sort of odd ego trip...or something. Hhmmm...I guess living in a politically correct obsessed society is actually starting to rub off a bit. Damn me and my inability to conform to my own weak ass forms of rebellion (meaning, of course, I decided a while back that I wouldn't ever be politically correct as a form of protest against 'The Man' so by...ugh...nevermind)

I've always thought of cliches as a form of time-tested wisdom that's been handed down through the ages.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The grass is always greener on the other side. Making a bad decision is better than making no decision at all. Every cloud has a silver lining. What goes around comes around.
