Working with some great genetics so I thought i'd share. I am going to do a grow log soon with these genetics because both times I've run them they fruit on the bottom of the block first end to end then for the second flush they grow all over the top and the sides of the block. pretty cool, it's a first for me and I have worked with a lot of different genetics. unfortunately I don't have pics of the first flush, here is a couple pics of the second flush for 4 different blocks.

not yet. that's the 2nd flush to. the first flush was huge. all the bottoms of the blocks were packed with all sizes. I wish I would have took pics before that harvest. I should have all these picked by tomorrow morning.

no. I don't dunk my blocks. there's so much risk exposing the whole block I just let them do their thing for 2 flushes then start over. I got a lot of clones from these genetics though. woohoo!!

I am very interested in reading the grow log, what kind of blocks are those? And what kind of fruiting chamber / space is that?

Do you notice any improvements with those GE lids? Ever cause them to pin early? I've left my tubs unmodified, as I haven't read much about benefits.

to be completely honest I am not sure wether the tyvek covered holes help or if it's not needed. you can definitely tell that the lids don't lock out all the corners from GE. this has always worked for me so I don't change my routine.

as far as early pins go, no it doesn't happen often. just about all the genetics I work with are the same. the totes are about 3/4 full of substrate and 5 jars of spawn. I mix it all together in a bigger mixing tote with clean gloves then dump it in the sweater tote. level it off a bit, throw the lid on then after 10 days they're perfect.

Right on. I think you're right about there being some amount of GE around the edges of the lids. I suppose I will stick with what goes for me as well until we see some empirical evidence to suggest changing.
Be sure to update us with weights when they're all done!

That is all very neat stuff, nice touch with the backlight and good idea with the tyvek! I am tempted to use it but am probably moving on to a martha so that might make it obsolete.
