I've got the spores from fsre.nl and it took me around 4 weeks to get the letter back from them (I had a good amount of paranoia they won't accept £5 I've sent them or the letter would get caught by customs, but eventually I've got the spores (B+, Golden Teacher and Thai) so be patient if you order there).
By the time I've received the spores I've already prepared the glove box so that I wouldn't waste my time waiting for the components to arrive. This is it:

BTW, the heavy-duty gloves were a huge overkill - NEVER ever try to do any spore work with these gloves. It took me around 2 hours to take the print out of the zip-lock and by the end I was sweating like hell just cause I couldn't do any of the normal micro-movements with my fingers; I have also managed to prick one of my fingers with a syringe and the whole idiocy of the session was perfected by the fact that I had a really cheap lighter for the syringe, so it'd break the whole time and fixing it with the wet gloves is something you would definitely not like to do. I have done the inoculation quite easily though (kept the syringe away from fingers, used an easy-to-use lighter), but currently I'm looking into something like latex/nylon gauntlets.
Tek
I took the rice tek (as I could easily find the organic rice) with a couple of linseed spoons, but somehow I've managed to get the wrong amounts of rice so I've got at least 1/3 less substrate than I needed to (you'll see that on the photos), will do it right next time.
Inoculation
I couldn't just occupy the bathroom in my house to do the clean work, so the airtight glove box worked perfectly in this case - I could just put everything in the box, close it, spray everything with a 10% bleach solution, wait some time till the water (and contaminants) condenses on the walls and then do the work, without even leaving or cleaning the room. I do also believe that it's easier do it that way here with the humidity and damp around.
I've inoculated the jars with 1cc each on 26th May and the first signs of mycelium could be noticed on the 15th June (~4 weeks after inoculation). It should've started before that as I could actually see that it already colonized at least several cc's of the substrate. On the 16th of June I've shaken the jars and now you can see how it looks like. I've kept the jars just under the window for the first two weeks and at the time the temperature was around 18-20°C, so I've decided to move them to a nicer place with T ~25-30°C (average was around 26°C with peaks of 30°C during the day) and they were there all the time since. The average humidity was ~50% with rare peaks of ~70%. The numbers are exact as I've had a thermometer just over the jars all the time and I've checked them every evening.

I don't see any signs of contamination on both of the jars for now but as you can see, only one of them has finally colonized (ironically, at first I've though it was the jar with 3 layers of Tyvek and it was because it lacked GE but actually it's the one with only 1 layer). By the way, the jar that didn't colonize had a large patch of Tyvek between the lid and the bottle covering the full area under the lid, while the successful one had several pieces of Tyvek stuck right to the lid hole with silicone. I could've failed to inoculate the first one simply because I've failed to lower the syringe needle enough.
Further
I'll be updating this as I go. But for now I have a couple of questions: - What would be the most optimal way to use the colonized jar (or jars if the second one finally decides to colonize)? Would it be smarter to do the g2g transfer for more mycelium first and then do the fruiting? - What should I do with the jar that doesn't colonize nor it does show any signs of contamination?
