Question about Mini-Humidifier
    #1844608 - 08/24/03 01:33 AM (14 years, 8 months ago)

I recently saw this Neo-Tec Mini Humidifier on yahoo shopping. Does anybody know (or think) this humidifier would work?
It would fit very nicely on a shelf in my closet, plus its only 16 bucks.

Measuring just a little over 4?" high and 3?" in diameter, this humidifier is just the ticket for preventing dry skin, stuffiness, and static electricity in your personal space anywhere you go in the course of your day? from bedside to desk, from car to hotel room (comes with AC adapter as well as cigarette lighter adapter and base plate for car use).

The unit uses sophisticated ultrasonic vibration to disperse a soothing cool mist that keeps the air around you at the proper level of humidity for comfort and alertness. The ionic water filter in the reservoir helps prevents calcium buildup and uses just three watts of energy. A built in safety device cuts off electricity in case the water runs out. Water filter lasts about a month when using tap water and may be used up to a year if you use purified water.

It should work, similar to the small ones that go into reptile setups.

All creatures tremble when faced with violence. All creatures fear death, all love life. If we can only see ourselves in others, then how could we possibly hurt another creature?

Someone needs to purchase it and try it. That would be great! I'd buy one instead of using perlite for sure...
