(pics uploaded) 2 weeks since innoculating lions mane jars... slow / stopped

If you guys really wanna see pics I will post but basically my mulch and grain mix jars inoculated with lions mane have developed a small amount of whispy white mycelium, but it's not much. I've heard that 2 weeks is how long it takes for full germination before letting it rest another week, but there's not much mycelium in there. Either it's going really slowly, or it stopped at some point.
Anyone have any ideas?

Everyone always wants to see pics. Hericium can be wispy at first, though--search the forums for images and compare if you don't want to share.
Do you have much GE going on? Perhaps you have too much, since some recommend growing it in completely closed conditions. Several sources say that hericium grows best in its early stages at 5000 to 40000 ppm CO2, or 10-80 times the level of ambient CO2 in air.

Thanks for the input. I hadn't heard that about low airflow conditions for the hericium. I'll definitely look into it and if it checks out, I'll probably tin foil up the lids. Also I'm considering putting a heater in the room they're sitting in to raise the temp a few degrees.
Also, since everyone loves them pics, I'll take a few (though I doubt you will be able to see it in the pics), and I'll put em up here. Stay tuned, folks!

What's the temperature in that room? Somewhere in the ballpark of 70 degrees Fahrenheit will be fine.

Also there are some knowledgeable people over on the edibles sub forum that could probably help out too.

Hard for me to estimate the temperature.. I have no thermometer, and I'm personally really bad at gauging those kinds of things. I would guess it's around 65-70. I was going to up the temp a couple degrees, but not much, just in case.
