BRF/Cow poo jars/cakes (RHIZOCEROS)

If This was a fluke hopefully someone more knowledgeable deletes this, but my preliminary experiments incorporating cow manure (blak kow) into the BRF recipe mostly proved useless, just as I had read...except for one recipe.
Both times i used this recipe I got picture perfect, ropey myc.
2:1:1 we all know - the last "1" is where i sub'd blak kow right out of the bag (second sin - it definitely messed w/ the water content ratio - it wasnt field capacity but far from dry) 3:1 to the BRF. Stretching, fibrous myc both times... try it with a jar out of your next batch!
If rhizo is definitely strictly a product of genetics just delete this as I'll discover soon enough that I'm wrong. But I got excited when the recipe repeated the ropey results and had to post it!

the reason for your growth is because of the lack of nutrition available in the store bought stuff

hrm...the store bought manure? What makes store bought manure less nutritious?
And now I'm stumped: is rhizo growth ideal, or not? I was under the impression Rhizo growth = flourishing mycelium. Are you saying it means malnourished myc?! it's pinned and fruited healthily before the other jars, so what gives? should i not do this anymore for some reason?

it's not a bad thing just a misunderstood thing, you can have rhizzo growth turn tomentose or tomentose turn rhizzo, when agar is used we use a very litte amount of nutes to aid in the rhizzo growth which is easier to work with, the rhizzo growth you want is from a clone

so what suffers from doing my cakes w/ this recipe? the potency? because it's outperforming my other cakes so far...? first flush gave me 2.9 g dry and its second harvest will be coming at the same time as the first of my other cakes...
i guess I'll know the answer if those 2.9 g feel like ginger beer.

it will grow, there's just better options out there.and your potency will be fine. for recipes i like at least 50/50 with verm and a handfull of gypsum but throwing things like grass clipping and what not never hurt

you make BRF jars with a 50/50 mixture of verm and manure? or verm and BRF? or both?

Store bought is generally composted, meaning that micobes, organisms ect have eaten/broken down most of the nutrients but it generally still works out anyway.

so can mushies not eat the microbes, etc. that ate the nutrients in the composted manure? or microbes and mushies have the same menu?
will I have significantly larger yields using "fresh" cow manure or slightly larger?

My cakes seemed to really love their store bought cowpoo/verm/straw bulk sub...colonized into a cloud in 4 days at a 1:3 ratio... I'm so happy!
3-4 weeks ago i was smelling feet, cheese, an wine and seeing green...

There would be more nutrients in fresher manure so theoretically yes.
There are many many factors involved in yield though
Because composted manure is less nutritious it is generally less apt to easily grow molds with decent fresh air. There should be decent yields from the presence of humic acid in the least. Cubensis. dung lover. self explanitory
