Greenhouse Tek question

I need to figure out the best way of connecting the hosing from my cool mist and the ultrasonic into the greenhouse. The cool mist will be primarily used for FAE and the ultrasonic for humidity control. I don't like the idea of leaving the cool mist on the bottom shelf of the greenhouse, so I'm pretty set on connecting it via a hose.
I was thinking of connecting the hose from the ultrasonic at the top of the back side of the GH, because the fog tends to fall down, also no water pooling will occur as the condensed water in the hose will drip back down. Now, the cool mist I know produces humid air which tends to rise because its lighter than normal air. Should i connect the hose at the top with the ulrasonic to create an air flow "Top to Bottom" or should it be piped in from the bottom because fresh humid air will rise? Wouldn't these two opposite air flows interfere each other? I'm trying to promote even humidity through out the whole GH. Also Ill have a layer of perlite at the bottom of the GH. Any valuable advice would be much appreciated. Cheers

I would pump the air into the bottom. As you mentioned the humid air will rise. Do you have some kind of fan that can help pull that air in from the ultrasonic? I dunno how well it would just "drift" in.
Also, why don't you just want to put it in your GH?

This is the ultrasonic i'll be using, I'm thinking it has a fan inside to push the fog out so Im not worried about that.
I dont want it in my greenhouse because it is an electronic device and was not designed to work in high humidity environmnet. It might short out the circuits or even burn out quiet fast. How about connecting the hose from the cool mist at the same spot as the ultrasonic to evenly distribute the fog throughout the GH. After all the coolmist will mainly serve as a souce of FAE.???

I also have the cool mist modified so it sits in a chamber and pumps the air for two GH, not just one.

Aha, I thought by ultrasonic you meant this:
I do recall my humidifier crapping out after a few grows when kept inside the GH.. Merging the tubes sounds like a good idea. How big are you GHs?

this device is the shit, it produces so much vapor. I havent seen another rebuilt model puff like this dragon lmao. I put mine on bottom shelf w center pole removed and blah blah, any who i modded my gh to have 7 shelves so i have 6 usable with out all the piping BS... so the humidifier is on left side blowing up towards right side and i have a 16" overkill fan on low pushing air up to the top.

so your humidity device can't stand a humid enviroment?

^^ With regards to all that they aren't designed to work in a as humid an environment as is being created in a GH. If they made your room that humid everything would get all moldy and just be generally awful. The product isn't made for what it is being used for.
I had one that lasted a few grows, not the model OP posted, but a similar one. Kept in in the GH and it lasted ~8 months.

In which case you'll be disregarding several thousand years of collective experience here. Get ready to buy a new made in mexico vicks every month or less.
You realize you don't need the ultrasonic and it will probably just saturate the greenhouse? RR

I appreciate everyone's advice. My cool mist will be sitting at the bottom of the GH running 24/7 or perhaps on a timer? and the ultrasonic hooked up at the top of the GH running on a timer; 15 minute intervals per hour or so. That way the cool mist rises from the bottom and the dense fog falls down.

C.A.P. ART-DNE Hydroponic Day/Night Adjustable Interval Recycle Timer Controller
copy and paste that into google....if u got few bucks to burn, if so then check out the "hygrotherm"
these 2 items take out the guess work or operator error....use the art-dne for FAE and the hygrotherm for controller for your temp and turning off your expensive devices, put a cuple fans to circulate and bam!
