Spawn Transfer

Alright, after my four jars of Penis Envy were at 100%, I then shook them into a 6qt container and have been waiting on them to recolonize and take over the container. However it seems that after a few days it started too, then I might have jumped the gun and went ahead and put on the casing layer.
I also have the same set up with five jars of Orissa India, I put on the casing layer at the same time for both 6qt containers. So my questions is that maybe the culture in the Orissa India is just stronger due to the fact of having five jars instead of four.
I will upload some pictures, but I can still clearly see the pure white grain of the Penis Envy, but the Orissa India is covered with pure white mycelium growing up through the casing layer.

Correct. I took the fully colonized grain and transferred them into the larger containers. Then I placed the casing layer over top of it.

Can I reintroduce incubation conditions with the casing layer on the spawn? Or should I just wait it out with the fruiting conditions and let the mycelium grow through the casing layer?

depending on how deep your casing layer is, 1/4 of an inch i'd just toss into fruiting anything over i'd let it colonize 30 percent

Alright, I will just keep in my SGFC's with 95% RH and 70F, with constant fresh air and humidity exchange. The culture should thrive.

As of right now, I have covered the sides of my transparent spawn containers that have wax paper over the tops, I'm still waiting on my PE to fully take hold of the grain and allow for mycelium growth up through the 50/50 casing layer.
My Orissa India is doing just fine in fruiting conditions, I have also covered up the sides so the light doesn't cause side pinning or anything of that sort.

PE on the Left, Orissa India on the Right. I really hope that these conditions will be fine for the spawn cultures to grow properly through the casing layer and achieve a pinning state once I take the wax paper off. I have increased the temperature to 75F I might even let it get to 80F for a few days. Might be pinning the Orissa at the end of the week, but I am worried about the PE.
