It's hard to tell what's wrong just by looking at pictures....
What type of sub is it? What did you use to inoculate?
Is it not fully colonized?
If so, you probably have a contam. Whenever pinning occurs on a partially colonized sub that's a good indicator of contams because the mycelium is trying to pop some fruits out before the contam takes over.
Also, I have no experience with bags so I could be wrong but... fruiting requires FAE. How do you expect a decent grow keeping it inside the bag? shouldn't that bag be opened up and put in an FC?

I can only see an injection port. Does that bag even have a filter?

its the mad seasons famous sub bag. i used a MS treasure coast syringe and yes it does have a filter patch.
it really didnt look fully colonized to me. i havnt done anything extra to it either.
if you believe its contaminated then i need to remove it from the same closet my tub is in.

Hmm, if it looks fully colonized then I don't see what the problem is. You just need FAE. Open it up outside and give it a smell. If it smells like anything other than fresh mushrooms then toss it. If it's fine then put it in the FC.
Like I said, I've never used bags but I don't see how those mushrooms can grow properly without adequate FAE.

it has a filter patch...
i can go ahead and open it up and give it some FAE then seal it back up.

Do you not have a fruiting chamber? Filter patches are only good for gas exchange during colonization. You're probably gonna get really bad FAE trying to fruit directly in the bag. I would suggest cutting the top completely off and putting it in your fruiting chamber.

Most definitely not. I'm sorry but that's not a reliable site. What you're seeing in the bag is pinning and it's just that. You need to open up the top of the bag and set it in a FC.

It's against the rules to post the name of company that is not an official vendor of this site(sponsor). I think I did the same thing on my first post.

That spawn bag looks awful too, mine is from midwestgrowkits

Nothings wrong with his bag. yes you can fruit fine and well in a Myco-bag. Doesn't matter if you make it yourself or if your lazy enough to order them.
Please stop spreading misinformation around.
To the OP, open that bad bitch up and let her fruit ASAP

Heres someone in a similar situation a bit farther along. just a bit of reading that may be applicable to you.
Just cut open the top and let the fresh air in!
maybe add some vermiculite as our friend has in the above thread
but if you know how to treat your cubes right (which is simple, just requires experience when it all comes down to it) you really don't need a "casing"
