I have this new design I drew for a fruiting chamber I want to make but I'm not exactly sure if It is going to work so I was wanting to get some comments from you. If you have any questions or something to make it better please day something thank you.

Your way over complicating things.
Just build a proper SGFC.
http://www.mushroomvideos.com/Terrarium-Tek
1/4" holes every 2" on all 6 sides with 4-5" of perlite, raised so air can pass up thru the bottom holes, in a room with no running fans.
No pumps, no fans. It is that simple, and should never be anymore complicated.
No need to re-invent the wheel here.

There is no need for all the extra's that you have there. Build a SGFC and thats that. The air pump in the water will do nothing for humidity. All it will do is make the water bubble, pushing fresh air in to the chamber, probably ruining your RH. If you have the holes spaced correctly and the right amount of perlite then you will do well.
The only things that I would tell you to keep in that design are 1. The actual ShotGunFruitingChamber, 2. The hydrometer, 3. The thermometer, 4. The light (6500K works best as that is closest to the daylight spectrum.)
Everything else is unnecessary. Keep your temperatures at 75-80F for colonisation and consolidation, for fruiting, between 75-80F for optimal results. Humidity should be at a constant 95%. This will happen naturally as long as you build your FC right and fan/mist at the right times.
Put your light on a 12/12 schedule. 12hrs on, 12hrs off.
I have seen people suggest this type of FC many times and they are always told the same thing.
I notice that you didn't have a timer on the fan and only on the light. If you left the fan running then 1. Your FC would dry out and 2. there would be no build up of Co2.
Keep it simple and use the proven methods and things will work out well for you. Of course there is nothing wrong with experimenting but if you want some fruits then like I say, stick with the tried and tested

I needed to add a few things to the design and also wondered if I should move the air hose to where the heater was and get rid of the glass of water or maybe I need to put holes in the outside plastic container as well?

No air hose.
Just a FC with 1/4" holes every 2" in every side....

IT WORKS

Ok I see what you saying the only problem is I'm in Texas an we have to keep the air on all the time the chamber would probably be at like 70 deg without the heater and the fan was on to turn on for a min or so each day do u have an idea to keep the tank warm otherwise because I'm open for suggestions thank you again

Don't....room temperature is fine....actually....anywhere between 60F and 90F is ok for fruiting tropical species.
Fruiting at cooler temps tends to produce denser, meatier fruits, while fruiting at higher temps will often produce hollow, less dense stems.
If you are comfortable, then your mushrooms will as well.

This is not a new design, ive seen at least 10 variations of this over the years.
I know this is a TIT type idea of fruiting chamber, but the problem will still be the same, lots of condensation forming on the roof, raining down on your cakes.
Which will possibly soak everything.
Not to mention that moisture condensing out of the air could be detrimental to humidity.
70f is fine
there is no need to try and control temperatures, cubes are not picky
