It does take longer, but it is completely worth it to get your moisture content spot on. Like I said, 2 bigger strainers can compensate for making 7 jars at a time.

I do 11 cups wbs + 1 cup gypsum at a time... for the wbs I use, that makes for 7 jars. If I need to do more, then I just do another boil/pc the next day.

I guess its just trial and error, just remember making less at a time is always better.
