Just one. Completely scrap that FC and just make a SGFC. It's cheaper, easier and more effective.
Airtight is the last thing you want your FC to be.
Standing water is a no-no. Breeds bacteria.
Fans inside the FC or blowing directly into it usually lower RH too much to be of use.
You don't need a heater, especially inside the FC. It will dry things out. If it's too cold, heat the room.

These are the TEKs I use. They're all as cheap and easy as possible, just like your mom.

Are you running an air pump for FAE?
You do know that carbon dioxide is heavier than air... Therefore, the more the mushrooms grow, the more CO2 is created, and they will suffocate. Not sure how you would fix this problem with a glass tank other than lots of manual fanning.
I don't think this is a good setup as it stands.
My 2¢...

Automated fruiting chambers are very difficult, often impossible to tune in. You're probably looking for something that's maintenance free, but I think you'll be disappointed with the results of that fruiting chamber.

Build a Shotgun Fruiting Chamber and you will get better results.
Aquariums were used back in the day, but not really anymore, there are better, more productive ways.
The perlite you have in there is pretty much useless without the proper holes.
