1/2 pint vs. pint
    #1841164 - 08/22/03 05:16 PM (14 years, 3 months ago)

i was wondering, what is the best amount of spores to inject into pint jars and half jars? i know the mycelium will grow quicker if you have less area to cover, but all i can get now is full pints. how much should i use? im gonna be using a meat injector cause thats the only thing i could find. it measures in ounces. does anyone know the ratio of cc's to ounces? :rasta:

1cc to 1/2 pint 2cc to full pint. it doesn't really matter as long as you get the spores in there. wtf a meat injector! man u should definatley read som faqs before you do anything.

I usually do 2cc to a 1/2 pint :\ but w/e its just personal preference. Get some syringes man, a meat injector is a no no.

i cant find syringes man. ive tried everywhere. i read somewhere that you can use a meat injector, so i got one. ive got my grow box ready, my incubator set up, all jars and substrates ready....i simply need syringes to innoculate the jars. my print solution is ready bro..you know what i need, where can i find them? is there a specific place i can go to get them? i live fairly close to a large town so any familiar stores to look? i live in indiana if that helps..
