Got a source? Cause IME, more spawn just speeds things up. Yields aren't affected. The contam rate is lower because your sub is colonized quicker, but if your spawn is clean and your sub is pasteurized, it won't be a problem.
There are not major researches conducted on mushrooms from official scientists, so no, why would I have a source? I have experience and the word of other experienced and trusted cultivators

The rye or other grain is the most nutritious part of any substrate. A higher spawn rate will deliver increased yields as well as faster colonization. I've not seen much gain when spawn is used at greater than a 1:1 ratio, but up until that point, the grains are an important part of the overall substrate value. RR

You still have to look at the fact that more spawn, equals more flushes. That alone will increase your yield.
In mine and most other cultivator's experiences, a more equal ratio (1:1,1:2) makes for a bigger yield and more subsequent flushes.

Hey, i have one question for you. If i do mix it with the substrate, and it colonizes. Once i open it to FAE and light, should i case it with vermiculite? And another question, how often should i mist and where, and how often should i fan?

What you should do is click this link make one of these monotubs, if you plan to half the coir tek, then do the same with this monotub design, make 1" fae holes, use a 30qt tub, and cut the coir tek in half.
Those tubs are pretty free of extra maintenance, just lift the lid and fan a few times a day, if you do everything correctly, the RH should stay where you want it and you won't have to mist, but you need to be the judge at that point with both fae and rh.
Cubes don't need to be cased, just do what TL does and wait til your tub is 100% colonized before opening it up. Also, keep your tub in ambient lighting at room temp, then when it colonizes get a 6500k light and expose it to a 12/12 cycle.
I'd recommend studying that link, most all the questions you can ask are already answering in that tek.
