Opinons on this type of millet

Greetings from South Africa
I'm getting ready to embark on my first bulk grow and am planning on using grains. I know WBS is an option but I was looking for a purer type of grain locally. Unfortunately there seems to be a shortage of rye grains here at the moment and so that's not an option.
Came across this stuff today Natures Choice Millet Cereal and was wondering if I could get some opinions on whether this would be ok

Yup, should do you just fine. Millet is probably the easiest grain to prep, too. Just soak it for 36 hours. I like to change my water out every few hours to keep it hot/keep bacterial smell down. After that, drain and dry it and you're ready to go.

These are the TEKs I use. They're all as cheap and easy as possible, just like your mom.

Just about any whole grain can be used as long as it's in whole form and not hulled, meaning the skin or shell of the grain is still intact. Hulled grains should not be used since they'll turn into mush when hydrated and sterilized.

Iv'e read that before. The problem is I have no idea whether this has been hulled or not.

You can use wheat too. I made the switch to wheat when I had problems getting rye.

Thanks for the tip. Funny enough, I noticed that the place I bought the sorghum from also had unground wheat and was wondering whether that would work. Do you follow a similar process to Rye for prepping?

I use the same tek for wheat that I use for rye. The good thing about wheat is that it's a lot easier to find and it's a lot cheaper, at least where I live. I was originally buying my wheat from an organic food shop which made it rather pricey but then I discovered that some supermarkets near me had really cheap bags of wheat in the pet food section.
