That's not what I said at all.
Most likely, any drug test is admissible, because it doesn't violate the 4th amendment. The doctor's testimony, however, is likely not admissible.
This is very fact-specific stuff, though. You really do need a lawyer to look at everything to see what is and isn't vulnerable to a motion to suppress.

You have the right to confront your accuser. I think you should begin immediately to intimidate the doctor. Have an attorney serve him with all kinds of complaints and file against him with the state medical board. With any luck at all the prosecution's witness against you will never testify for fear of losing his precious license. And have your lawyer try to make that clear to him.

The only decent advice in this post that I see is filing the complaint against the doctor with the state medical board and getting a lawyer involved.
Do not do what Anon 1 suggests about intimidation, if the medical board complaint intimidates the doc, whatever...but do not do anything intending to intimidate him or worse with the expressed intention to intimidate. That would only dig you a very deep hole to try to get out of.

Do you guys have any suggestions for lawyers, I've never had to use one.
Also keep in mind I'm broke as a joke.

A simple complaint isn't enough to be intimidating. An attorney can properly bully this prick. Without wasting time I'd suggest sueing the physician in court for tort damages, depositioning him regarding assets he owns and what he did in reporting OP, suing the state medical board for specific result to suspend the license of the physician in question and filing complaint with the state medical board, file for injunction to freeze his bank and brokerage accts until resolution of the lawsuit, and more. The goal should be to make this piece of shit traitor doctor lose sleep and worry about his career. It also doesn't matter if these lawsuits are frivolous or not, the goal needs to be to bury him in paperwork and use that as the means of intimidating him. He must worry both for himself and his ability to maintain insurance and his license at all. He must know he has made a formidable enemy. Of course this will be very expensive to do, but is imo the best means of intimidation.

I do believe you're talking out of your ass. What tort would you sue under?
In addition, I'd be pretty fucking careful about suing the doctor before the criminal case is concluded. Deposing the doctor is even more stupid though. If the patient waived the privilege and forces the doctor to testify in a deposition, the patient is not going to be able to claim privilege in the criminal case.

Yeah, and why the fuck would you want a record of the doctor's testimony floating around? He's not going to help you.

I already told you. Get a lawyer. A public defender works if you can't afford a private attorney.

Plus consider getting some counselling for mental health issues. This is not meant in any way shape or form to pin you as being mentally unstable.
Myself I have probably spent at least two years of my life attending counselling for various things from drug abuse to anger management.
A healthy mind doesn't really need to be shoving drugs into it to cope with life. Work at fixing you.
Much love

When can a doctor violate doctor-patient confidentiality? Obviously if he's a danger to himself, but I was not, I was pretty much sober by that time but he just would not let me leave without getting my foot checked out at another hospital, which is gonna cost me thousands I don't have. I cannot believe he called the cops and paramedics on me. Faggot.
Also what kind of case will the cops have on me? I mean they took me in at the hospital and then into booking where they did road side tests like pupil dilation tests and shit and drew blood, what are my chances of beating this case?

Morals to the story:
-Don't self medicate, go see a doctor -Don't drive on H -Trust a junkie to do whatever possible to make it seem like it's not their fault and is a person's of authority fault for their screw-up

I like the idea of not letting him off. If he's willing to jeopardize patient treatment to satisfy a sadistic craving to victimize people, then he deserves everything that would hopefully come to him. I'm not sure he could spill much more about you other than the incident of that night. I'm assuming you don't have an entire medical record detailing drug use.

I know that if you have a seizure they are required by law to report it to DMV and get your license suspended temporarily at least.

The case was dismissed, the paramedics weren't willing to lie in a court of law. My blood tests came back consistent of someone who wasn't under the influence and the case got dropped. As I said I was completely sober by the time I started driving and the blood results showed that.
Even more bullshit was that they promised they wouldn't take me to jail afterward but did anyway for DUI. Fuckers.

Lots of dumbassness here!
None of this thread really made any sense. If the police arrested you with no evidence other than hearsay from a doctor that you were even driving then you should sue for false arrest.
But based on this thread you probably incriminated yourself 7 ways to Sunday.
The whole thing reeks of stupidity. Confessing to heroin use? WTF? That alone shows you aren't mentally competent to possess a driver's license.
And to a doctor no less? Hope you enjoy being prescribed nothing stronger than advil for the rest of your life.
Here's a hint... Don't trust a hypocrite! Hopefully you realize that they're laughing in your face when they mention the hippocratic oath to "do no harm". FYI you should be more careful when dealing with anyone involved in forcing people in pain and poor health to pay their bribe to get medicine.
