I get truly sick of having to go through all the bullshit of posting in ODD. I was helpful a few months ago till the whole new management thing went on. Now there is no one approving posts, let alone many rules being broken and no one there to do anything. I work 8 hours a day. and personally read through every post, though I never reply. Make me mod, and the first thing I'll do is approve my post I've been waiting an hour for, then do all that should be done. The only people that can make a difference between now and then are the people that notice the problems.

I don't see any unapproved posts in ODD, and lately when i've been logging on I haven't seen that many backed up posts.
