Isn't it your turn on 'Guess that mushroom'?

Could be, I haven't been there in awhile. After my last post things went dormant so I kind of forgot about it...

Don't sweat it, good sir, these people are just enthusiastic about people not eating unidentified/poisonous/toxic mushrooms. It's out of love baby. Welcome!

@SWFL- I found a thread where someone else had identified them, and figured they were since it was on here.

@suchen-It's fine, and I will soon, I'm putting away some dishes right now.

Edit: I live in NC.

Conocybe albipes sounds plausible, yet we also have to consider Bolbitius or a coprinoid species.

It's not either of those two, I'm pretty sure it's Conocybe albipes. Hold on I'll try and get a picture up.

Could be Conocybe tenera, I'm not sure what the difference is between the two.

Here goes: They've been drying for a little while now and they're very delicate, also they are gone by mid-afternoon so I'm thinking you were correct about them being Conocybe albipes. I couldn't figure out how to upload a photo on here, so I made it my avatar. I'm going to change it to something more rasta here in a bit though.

How to add a picture to a post. If you are uploading from a phone camera, try using a hosting site like imgur.com and pasting the bbc code here

Unfortunately the photo you provided is too low-quality to aid in the identification process. Any chance you can borrow a better camera and retake some photos?

IMHO The description matches Conocybe albipes, OP says they look like Conocybe albipes and the dried material looks like what I would dried Conocybe albipes to look like...
