White wine? Possible Stropharia rugosoannulata

Habitat:
Wood chip bed

Gills:
Attached, light purple getting darker with age, adnate to adnexed

Stem:
Thick and fairly solid with little hollow tubes running vertically (bug holes perhaps)

Cap:
Convex to almost flat, thick partial veil, buff yellow with specks of darker yellow/orange universal veil remnants on younger caps

Spore print color:
Dark purple gray

Cool find, I've seen them sun-bleached but never that pale.  I agree with your ID.  :thumbup:
