yea that is something aquired by doing alot of Yoga


they have done studies on monkeys and the ones that dont fight for position in the cage live alot longer because their pulses arent always jumping around

btw, u said "12 times per second" u proably meant "per minute".
anyhoos, i'd be more interested in bringing my thoughts
down to 12 per minute... more useful...

how many thoughts can you brain have with 12 bpm? the song I just listened to had like 140 bpm.

Phhh.. I can run through 200 bpm sixteenth notes, man. 140 bpm is a sleepwalk.. hehe. That is, if my bass gets here soon enough, otherwise I'll have to build my technique back up...

Pride in my bass ability is a good thing, believe it or not, it keeps me confident and therby not worrying about whether or not I can play a certain part, and it works...

It just seemed that 140 bpm was being made out to be fast.. nah.
