Best and MOST EFFICIENT way to steralize vermiculite?

Prior to casing, i want to be able to steralize this shit very quickly and putting it in the oven for 1 hour so someone enlighten me

nuke it in the microwave for about 10 mins,then let it cool down and use.

i assume you would have to add more water then usual because some water is bound to evaporate...
simply drain afterwards with latex gloves on...

my foaf just put a little more water in the casing then nessecary. and give it a good spray down of h202/water when casing is applied.

There's no need to buy a 7% solution just make it yourself. Say you need 100 ml, all you need to do is mix 7 ml of H?O? into 93 ml of water. Simple as that.

well ok,my bottle of h2o2 says 3% on it.if you added more water wouldn't the percentage go down cause there's more water?

ok, i guess i should have been a little more specific...i use 3% hydrogen peroxide, in an approx 10:1 (water:peroxide) ratio, so 10 cups water to 1 cup h2o2 but i use a little less h2o2 for my liking, just personal preference, 10:1 is definatly adequete for decreasing contamination chances.
