My guess is that it will still be the fourth third planet from the sun, it'll still consist of several large bodies of land (which we refer to as continents) there will still be a whole hell of a lot of water in the form of oceans and rivers and what have you, there will still be a bunch of plant and animal life roaming about, and I'm pretty certain there's still going to be an atmosphere too. In short - it hasn't changed a whole hell of a lot in the last 1000 years, so I highly doubt it'll go through any significant changes within the next.

But I'm crazy, so you really can't put too much weight in anything I have to say.

[EDIT] Dohith!

(taken from Del the Phunky homosapians album; Deltron 3030)

Yo its three thousand thirty,
I want yall to meet deltron zero, hero, not no small feat
its all heat in this day and age,
i rage your grave,
anything it takes to save the day
nueromancer, perfect blend of technology and magic
use my rappin so you all could see the hazards
plus entertainment where many are brainless
we cultivated the lost art of study and i brought a buddy
automator harder slayer fascinating combinations
cyber warlords are activating abominations
arm a nation with hatred we ain't with that
we high-tech archeologists searching for nicknacks
composing musical [stimpacks?] that impacts the song
crack the motor what you think you rappin for?
I used to be a mech soldier but I didn't respect orders
I had to step forward, tell them this ain't for us
living in a post-apocalyptic world morbid and horrid
the secrets of the past they horded

If a meteor has not stopped by then....

I think we will be more depended on our selves than 'natural resouces' as that has been the case the last 1000 years, if our atmosphere is weak we will find ways to have it fixed or make a fake one, we will defently be strugguling to keep things like water and clean air going but we are smart beings and will only get smarted as we evolve so it shouldnt be something major (sorry all you "dooms day" people.). Technology will completly run our lives, i mean, theres no denying it. payphones are non-existence for mobile phones and communication devices are must, ADVERTISEMENTS EVERYWHERE!!!! IN any way shape or for, Im talking about bathroom stalls, Airplanes, EVERYWHERE, (actually what i will hate) Alot of the animals today will probably not be around, and laws to preserve enviorment are really strict, Marijuana is legal in some countries, Alot of new drugs around. Ofcourse this is my optimistic view, if it all goes the other way we most likely will have colinized Mars by then and Migration over there will be real expensive, meaning if something drastic happens here only the wealthy will survive, yuck!

PS: Some humans will be able to use a bigger percentage of there brain than now.

Planet Earth in 3030 will be Planet Earth now plus 1027 years.

Insert an "I think" mentally in front of eveything I say that seems sketchy, because I certainly don't KNOW much. Also; feel free to yell at me.

Ah, but what about the year 2525? I'm kinda wonderin if man is gonna be alive, if woman can survive..

Seriously, I hope that the drug war will be looked backed on in the same way we view the Salem witch trials today, that the global population is dramaticaly reduced through peaceful means, that we will have colonized every planet in the solar system we deem necessary together with floating cities leaving the solar system looking for intelligent life, tolerance is commonly viewed as a virtue, and the eighth Pres. George Bush( cloned of course) is an enlightened liberal, and ..we get the flying cars we were promised!!!

chunk of rock without life

--------------------
Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

"Humans" no longer exist. We have become extinct... what we have created has destroyed us. "Genius Babies"? Technology? The earth itself? All possibilities.

Peace.
