i don't want to recommend 'em before seeing the products... But i can recommend them definitely for spawning... i've tried, millet (all kinds), rye, barley, corn, wheat,grass seed (lollium perenne), rice, brown rice (as hole grain) and navy beans as grains.... Beans were the fastest colonizers.... i can say that... But wait till end of this thread if you case your grains just with 50/50.... Just a week or two left.... :eyemouth:

BTW... I had 2 jars of navy beans colonizing... I shook one of them and it was dead... not stalled, dead... Even grains in the jar looked sick, and no mycellial growth.... The other one is the one u see in the pics.... :smile:

If u r planning to use 'em , don't shake them due my limited experience.... It fully colonized in 8 days without any shaking for me... And the jar was 270ml ...

Howz the space between the beans? Is there a lot of air? That would definitly speed things up. I think I will try this TEK.

One bean is the size of 3-4 rye berries and has no corners.. So the answer is yes.... There are larger spaces between the beans then any other grain types i've tried (especially millet :smile:

) .... And much more cheaper here... :tongue2:

I woke up today and there were some "contamus ridiculous" over the casing layer... I couldn't wait to take a photo, it was an emergency! :eek:

! The surgery went well and the tumour was successfully removed and patched by Op.Dr. PH_PLUS... :lol:

We have to wait to see if it's totally removed.... Here is a photo of the patient after 8 hours from the surgery;

As i mentioned @ my before posts in this thread, i don't know what the strain is... Possibilities are EQ, GT, Orissa, Panama or Huautla..... And this strong rhizomorphic myc. growth over the casing layer feels like Huautla to me... I'll update the pics and ask for your opinions...
