Well...I live in Canada and though it is legal to possess the spores, it is illegal to grow shrooms however if you have a small amount they'll pretty much let you get away with it. Plus you can also (if there fresh) claim that you accidently picked them. There have been some cases were that has been used but its better just not to get caught. But if your going bulk I'd be careful, real careful.

I live in Canada and things are much safer here than in the States. Especially if you live in BC, its almost the Amsterdam of North America! I have heard of cakes being sold under the table in head shops in Gastown in Vancouver but I've also heard of a couple busts this year involving mushrooms. These were big operations however.
Ther are thousands of pot grow-ops in BC supplying the world with some of the best dope available. Most police resources are aiming at shutting down some of the pot grow-ops.

Unless you are into something big, BC is about the safest place to be if you are a grower or a dealer.

yeah, i heard in BC some guy engineered a new strain of mj that is 30% thx as opposed to normal mj which is 5%. the guy says he will become a millionaire from just selling the seeds. plus it's really durable and can be grown easily. on the new york market, 1 oz of this stuff goes for 8000$. the cops over there said something, but it wasn't about busting him. since he's not selling pot, only seeds, they are letting him go. in the US, even if all you had were the seeds and didn't have any more plants, they would tail you and find something to throw you behind bars for so you couldn't get your millions.

i forget where i read about this on first, but there are some articles on the net about it... i think i first heard about it in the high times, but i'm not sure. the new tom green movie road trip seems to suggest something about this, but it could just be coincidence. they add in the movie that the plant isn't detectable in drug tests, so it is different, but it may have been insipired by this guy in BC.

I don't care how good it is, I just don't need to pay $8000 for an ounce of weed when I can pay $200 for it and make it last half a year, getting totally fried off the slightest amount. Weed doesn't need to be any more potent for gods sake.
