perlite-verm?

i would like to know if i can put verm in the bottom of the terrarium(in order to have humidification) instead of perlite?

No. Try that and you'll just end up with a soggy mess in the bottom of your terrarium. Perlite's cheap, just go to a hardware or garden store and get some.

verm doesn't behave the same as perlite when it comes to maintaining humidity. They serve different purposes.

Absolutely correct. Vermiculite is actually closer to a dessicant than a humidifier.
