That is really cool you take your kids out hunting. Not so popular
here in the US I think. Well, non of the kids I grew up with went mushroom hunting.

Mostly dear and elk. :lol:

Yeah, the tradition hasnt been established here as much as in Europe ect.
Very cool to do that!

I thank you for that, but where is there shame in mushroom hunting? I remember wearing a shirt with morels on it that said "those look poisonous; might as well give them to me"...or words to that effect. I wore it on the first day of my new job, and almost got fired until the "top boss" (an avid mycophile, or some person that has an interest in looking for/identifying mushrooms; whatever,) said to my  supervisor that he's a jackass for immediately making the ignorant assumption that anything endorsing mushrooms in any way is somehow endorsing drugs or an unspecified danger of some kind.

Sorry, just a side-note. I'm tired.
Anyway, I've always taken my wife and daughter along:

There's absolutely no shame encouraging interest in fungi and everything that comes with it.
