If its a full white block you are all good. Why are you unsure?

Ok yer I'v had that before, I believe it is caused by condensation dripping down the bag and causing the mycelium to not be able to colonize.
I have spawned a bag like that and had no problems but that being said it would be better if it would colonize it..
Do you incubate at all?
Phil.

It's not something to worry about.. It will always happen.
That yellow is probably metabolites yer but it could also be bacteria so I would give it a bit longer because you have mixed the bag up so if it is contams they could be inside the bag so waiting could make them grow out until visible..
Metabolites could also be a sign of contams but is most likely to be stress from heat or something..
I have to incubate too.. It sucks but as long as the temps stay in range then its all good, Just be careful when fruiting because condensation in your FC could be all the RH being sucked out..
I would wait for a TC to chime in as I don't have tonnes of experience with spawn bags.. Only started with them recently tbh..
