How can you tell when a spawn bag is fully colonized?

This is probably a dumb question but I have a 3 lb grain spawn bag that has been colonizing for a month and looks done to me but I don't know for sure. I can provide pictures if I need to. Thank you for your time.

I've already broken it 2 tokes during colonization and I've read any more than that is detrimental and I am just skeptical about one side, the bottom.

I was worried it was condensation, there are visible spots of liquid with a slight yellow tint throughout the bottom. I've read the yellow is caused by metabolites, is this true?
Yes I was forced to make a small TiT to keep the temps stable. I live in a city with a very unstable climate and the temps would range between 60 and 75 in my house so my colonization was moving at snail's pace but as soon as I put my bags in the TiT the mycelium started ripping through the grain.

Thank you so much everyone for all your help and advice, as you can tell im totally new to all of this. i will be spawning it to a Monotub later today.I don't think I'll be working with spawn bags anymore after this. I ordered all the supplies for my next grow and some supplies to clone a nice healthy fruit from this grow, so pumped!
This is off topic but has any had success with a stipe biopsy transferred to LC for cloning?

Thank you Pyschoworth! I've read that thread many times but I have received mixed opinions and experiences from the TEK but it's worth a shot!

So you are saying cloning to LC is possibly there is just a higher risk of contam and when it contams it's hard to tell. I can get agar no problem but I want to make sure this hobby is something I want to stick with before I get into the advanced stuff, I just think mycelium and mushrooms are intriguing and being able to expand my mind with the fruits of my labor is just an added bonus
