The plastic jars you linked to would work just fine for you as well.

Since you have a PC, you can just take bird seed, or any type of grain that you can find, hydrate and PC without issue. Then spawn to a mono tub and be golden

Tupperware can be nuked, so no prob in the pressure cooker.

if u go plastic, only number 5 will be ok in a pressure cooker

they are stamped on the bottom of the plastic container

my concern is whether those plastic containers will hold up to the heat of sterilisation. i'll probably keep an eye out for plastic containers when i head out shopping again. thanks for offering another good suggestion to consider.
