If using fertilizer or compost is their anyway to remove amonia or mix to reduce its effect. Also if dried I no it will be hard cause the will break down are inky caps cool to eat.

The amonia smell is a result of making compost. It is an aspect of a process which has several stages, amonia will dissipate with time.
I'm not sure i understand the second part but inky caps are not cool to eat.

So does that mean the ground will with time become okay. And does that mean the mush will start to grow okay once the amonia levels become okay.

Normally the process takes too long and the mycelium begins to "suffocate" due to lack of oxygen. That's why you have to wait until this stage is over to mix it with the mycelium.
I would start all over again. You should also use more precise terms, are you referring to compost, soil or fertilizer ? They are different things, with a different use.

Thanks for the links I originally used mush fertilizer as the base and let it set, but someone add a small amount of compost after to cover the cakes and that compost was never pasterized and their is my inky caps. one pest a human factor.

inky caps aka Coprinus comatus are excellent mushrooms , but not sure if that is what you are refering too.
