The yellow flowering plant might be Ficaria verna, an invasive, they like ovoid habitat. That last pic is too low and muddy/wet, I wouldn't search it. The others are better. You have to get in close and use a stick to push back the plants.

I found a turtle today... and two poisonous Galerinas.... but alas no ovoids. The jinx is real! KOOOOOOOODS!!!
Naw but seriously, I usually see Galerinas before Ovoids, I bet they are just around the corner.

The "seaweed" is filamentous algae, and should be a great amendment to any soil as it has high levels of nitrogen and phosphorous needed by plants to grow. You can also use it as a mulch.

Well, I found tons of new mushrooms today - at least a half dozen species, including wine caps. No voids yet, but things are popping big time.

This looks exactly like your guys' pics when dry but is this too flooded? That'll be under water at least a couple more days.

When things are that flooded, you'll have to resort to noodling. Wade around out there in bare feet until you feel the rubbery mushrooms with your toes. Then take a deep breath, go under, and grab as many as you can

Anywhere where water stands for almost any amount of time is just about the worst place for ovoids.

I know of a couple more places that look like that that don't flood.

During a previous season there was a hunter here who found them under flood water. I think it depends how frequent the flooding is.
